you can click on the image below to play with the applet and get an idea of what i mean… the translates put two boxes on the negative z axis, one at the center of the 3d environment, and two on the positive z axis… i use the camera to revolve around the origin, looking towards the origin, and use a rotateY to make the box at origin appear stationary… everything appears fine until you vary the alpha channel, at which point as you rotate around, the boxes appear appropriately in relation to the center box, but where the green should pass behind the blue, they don't… any ideas?
